Organic Cotton

Organic Cotton

Organic cotton is a step in the right direction, but is not sustainable. Cotton, organic or not, has to be grown, watered and harvested – wasteful, since we throw out so much cotton each year. The technology exists to recycle castoff cotton into new products instead of using resources to grow virgin organic cotton.
